    We ship Internationally to over 50 countries! We also have amazing global partners that stock the LALO brand. Click here to see if we have a dealer in your country!

    International Shipping Rates 

    We offer a flat rate charge of $50 for standard international shipping. Your order will be sent using the most economical option and may take up to 4 weeks to reach you. We understand that you may need your order sooner so we offer a variety of express options that can be selected at checkout for an additional fee. 

    Duties and Taxes

    Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. LALO is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. Please contact your Customs office for information on duties, taxes and restricted items.

    International Returns

    We do accept international returns within 45 days of the purchase date. Our return policy can be found here, please review this policy before sending back your return. LALO does not provide return shipping labels for international orders. We suggest shipping with a carrier that will provide tracking and/or insurance as LALO is not responsible for any damage or lost items.
